Nir Lempert

CEO of MER Group

retired IDF colonel, Nir Lempert served in the IDF intelligence Unit 8200 for over 22 years in various roles, including head of planning, head of the Intelligence Center and unit deputy commander. In his post-military carrier, he was the Executive Vice President of Yes Satellite TV and assumed CEO position at the Zap Group and TV Channel 10, before being appointed CEO of Mer Group in 2015.

Former Director, ISA (Israeli Security Agency). Mr. Cohen holds a BA and MA in Political Science and is a graduate of the National Defense College as well as Wharton’s Advanced Management Program.

Zvika Diamant

VP R&D of Athena

After joining Athena in 2014, Zvika Diamant was appointed VP R&D. He holds an M.Sc. in electronics engineering from Tel Aviv University and a B.Sc. in mathematics, physics and computer science from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, where he was part of the ‘TALPIOT’ excellence program. He also served as PMO (Captain) in the Israeli Air Force.
