The first milestone to be accomplished in the restructuring of any existing security regime is a full-scale Threat, Vulnerability and Risk Assessment (TVRA©) which will allow us to learn the existing systems, their drawbacks and advantages, how well they counter the security threats posed to each asset.
The TVRA© methodology is unique in its ability to incorporate the view of the defender into the view of the attacker.
