The firm takes great pains to tailor-make a security solution that will fit each client’s particular situation and budget constraints. ATHENA GS3 provides a full range of services and solutions that will maintain business processes, protect critical infrastructure, and conserve human life. It offers three levels of service and solutions: Design, Build, Operate, and Maintain (DBOM) Solution: Essentially, this means that the client can outsource its security needs to ATHENA GS3. It is the highest level of service, an end-to-end solution including risk assessment, systems implementation, recruiting, vetting and training personnel. Ongoing activities are rigorously audited and adjustments are made when necessary. Turnkey Solution: This is a set of solutions that are constructed for the client, involving many of the processes in DBOM, and always customized to fit each situation. At the end of the project, the technologies and the protocols are turned over to the client, and ATHENA GS3 returns only when asked in order to update or adjust the methods. Customized Enterprise Solutions (CES): Perhaps a complete overhaul of security protocols is not needed. For example, the client may only want to install new cameras, or sensors, or want to train personnel in particular emergency methods. Regardless, ATHENA GS3’s resources and techniques are made available and customized in order to address the human, technological, and intelligence components of each security program. In this way, the maximum numbers of options are made available to meet the level of security required. ATHENA GS3 has recently conducted an extensive risk assessment for the diamond district of a major European city. ATHENA GS3 has also devised and implemented a security plan for a large health resort and hotel in a prominent Middle Eastern country. In the United States, ATHENA GS3 has helped shield the top five technology companies, massive shopping and parking complexes, and multinational energy refineries and complexes.
