Training is a key element in all Athena’s provision of services. Training forms the basis for almost everything Athena does, but not just as a service provided to a client but as something clients are taught to do in terms of creating enduing solutions.
Athena doesn’t just train as part of a solution. Training very often is the solution and training the client to train provides the enduring solution.
There should be a linkage between the training and the recruitment. Athena works hand in hand with the client to define the tasks of the security agents. Vetting finds the right people. The training prepares them to do their tasks.
